Offering a Annual Review is not enough. It is only “part” of a successful client engagement strategy.
We must have them come in to review everything they have currently for protection. We must give them advise on what they should be thinking about and what other people in similar situations are doing for personal risk management.
Success is measured by conducting a annual review with EVERY client….. EVERY year.
